These Stock Lockout Tags are the ideal product for anyone that needs to convey safety instructions, but doesn’t need a custom tag design. The tags come with a ‘Do Not Operate’ warning, and space for a signature and date.
The tags are made with a specialty plastic, which not only protects the surface of the tag especially in harsh work environments, but it also means that the tags are reusable. Tags are reinforced with a 6mm brass grommet for extra protection. Nylon cable ties are included.
