How does the custom product process work?

Basically, the ordering process can be broken down into the following steps. 1. Customising 2. Artwork 3. Samples 4. Payment 5. Production 6. Delivery.

Can I choose the size?
Yes definitely, all our QR Code labels can be custom made to whatever size or shape you may require. Our customer service team will be able to help find a solution that fits your needs.
Can the QR stickers be numbered?
Your stickers can be numbered sequentially, starting from any number you like. You can also use any prefix or letter suffix as part of the code. Simply let us know your quantity and the number to start at.
What is the difference between QR and Barcodes?
QR Codes are a more complex version of a Barcode; they contain information that can be read both vertically and horizontally, whereas Barcodes can only be read horizontally. QR Codes can be read and accessed by a mobile phone or smart device and they are able of storing much more complex information, like links to websites or videos. How else can I customise this product?
These tags and labels can be custom-made in any shape, colour and size for your application. You can choose what materials to use, what size you would like your QR Code to actually be, and if you want to include a company logo. Alternatively, we also supply pre printed QR codes for people wanting a simple option.
How can I check my artwork before it's printed?
When you finalise your order with us our customer service team will send you an art proof. This must be approved by you before anything is printed. The art proof includes your design and specifications, and requires a signature before we proceed with your job.
